I have a small consulting company and work out of my home office. Dealing with hardware and software issues is frustrating and support is often impossible to access and never convenient. With each addition of a new computer, printer, router, software update; comes a new set of challenges. Lucky for me, when I moved to the desert in 2007 I found Ritch and Patty. From the start and for the last seven years they have been my safety net. Ritch is a great technician but as important he understands customer service and the needs of a small business owner. When you call, he is there to help either from remote or on-site. He keeps his promises and that is important but just as important is his understanding how critical it is to have systems up and running in a timely fashion if a small business is going to compete. Oh by the way, both Ritch and Patty are great people too, always positive and fun to be around - just the total package. Right from the start, Atek Computers impressed us with their efficient, professional manner and quick response time. We run a business where the use of our computer dispatching system is very important- when the computers are down our business cannot function. On a weekday last year, our computers crashed unexpectedly. I called Atek and spoke with Patty who assured me that she would send her technician out right away and eased my mind. Within 1 1/2 hours, an Atek technician (Peter) came to our office and fixed all of our problems within a few hours. He even installed security and malware protection for us at no charge and explained how to backup and "clean" the system. We were very pleased with the service and the following day, Patty called us to make sure everything was still working fine. On another occasion, we needed service on our computers for internet access. Right away we knew to call Atek, and this time, Ritch was able to fix our problem remotely.
